Title:   HR Consultant

Job Mission:  Your challenge will be to ensure all new and existing clients receive proper orientation, ongoing application support for our products, marketing support, process improvement and consultative support for their recruitment, selection and development initiatives.  You will be tasked with meeting both the company and client specific goals and objectives, delivering the highest standard of service and support to your client base.

Compensation:  Salary plus bonus to commensurate with experience.

Location:  This position can be filled either in Orlando, FL or Markham, Ontario.

Description of Duties:

  • Conduct individual and group training sessions for our products via telephone and web
  • Interpretation of assessment results
  • Client problem resolution via telephone or web
  • Conduct business reviews of the client’s recruitment and selection processes
  • Regular follow-up and consultative support for clients
  • Assist in the development of client training, communication and support materials
  • Participate in user groups

Required Knowledge, Skills & Capabilities:

  • Experience as a trainer with web-based products
  • Proven client service experience
  • Excellent human communication skills
  • Proven time management skills
  • Ability to successfully multi-task
  • Proven ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Real estate brokerage knowledge is an asset
  • Web marketing knowledge is an asset
  • HR experience is an asset specifically recruitment, selection & development

Title: Sales Representative

Sales Representative calling on the Real Estate Industry

Job Mission: Experienced phone sales professional needed immediately to support growing sales force as an account manager. Competitive base salary + commission + generous company paid benefits. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account, vacation and sick time. Training and coaching will also be provided.

Account Managers primarily sell by phone (NOT a call center position), but occasional travel may be required for meetings, tradeshows and conventions. Initial efforts will focus on prospecting our base of more than 500 existing clients for sales of AlignMark's new product offering, but will evolve to include prospecting for new clients across entire product line. Candidate must be able to maintain existing accounts, while also grow new business.

Compensation: $30-$50K commensurate with prior experience. Commissions of $15K - $30K (realistically first year) with unlimited potential

Location: Offices in Orlando, FL and Toronto, ON.

Job Requirements:

  • Two years successful sales experience
  • Cold-calling and prospecting expertise
  • Business-to-Business sales experience
  • Experience with consultative sales model - ability to sell on value vs. price
  • Experience with sales cycle of several month duration
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Personal Organization and Follow-up skills
  • Minimal travel to include meetings, trade shows and conferences
